Author, speaker, and leadership expert, Dr.Jane Horan helps organisations build inclusive work environments and meaningful careers.

Jane has held senior Asia Pacific management positions at The Walt Disney Company, CNBC and Kraft Foods.

Jane has an extensive background in diversity and inclusion, cross-cultural leadership and global team development, a frequent speaker on Transformational Women Leaders, Workplace Politics, Career Transitions, and Unconscious Bias.

She has presented at global leadership conferences, published in Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The Business Times, The Straits Times, The South China Morning Post, The Organisational Development Journal, Quartz and profiled in radio, podcasts and television in Asia, Europe and North America.

Jane has authored two books, “I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career: the power of positive workplace politics”, published by John Wiley, and “How Asian Women Lead: lesson for global corporations”, published by Palgrave MacMillian. Her third book, “Career Your Way”, will be published in 2015.

Her consulting work is with Fortune 100 companies, NGO’s and academic institutions in Asia, North America and Europe, concentrating on diversity and inclusion, engaged work environments and leadership development.

Jane holds an Educational Doctorate from Bristol University in Leadership Education, is currently a Senior Fellow with the Conference Board Human Capital Committee and previously on the board of both SCWO and the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
